We leave Black Friday behind and with it, pure consumerism. They create necessities and we believe them. And what’s worse, they are necessities that don’t fulfill our souls. They are just random objects that end up being thrown away or replaced by the new model. During these recent years, veganism and vegetarianism have been acquiring a lot of new followers and their popularity have increased significantly, either because of people’s concern about their health and the environment, or maybe just as a trend.
This summer I had the privilege to visit the beautiful country of Slovenia. Its capital city, Ljubljana, was the European green capital in 2016 thanks to the implementation of sustainable criteria in different areas of the city, and also received awards related to tourism: “The Golden Apple” and the “Tourism For Tomorrow”. This blog was born one year ago and it’s time to take a step back and admire what we’ve accomplished. Looking back, for me it was a hard decision to start my blog due to my perfectionism, but now I feel very proud of myself because it was the first step to start my future own business. Even though carbon dioxide is essential to the plants and animals here on Earth, too much can be really dangerous. The Greenhouse effect keeps the Earth’s temperature on an average of 15 degrees due to the constant contamination and generation of CO2, creating an overabundance of it and trapping additional heat.
